Tukur’s resignation, a sacrifice to PDP Development – GUTO

Muhammed Guto has join in appraising the spirit of the sacrifice demonstrated by the former national chairman of the People Democratic Party Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, who for the interest of progress and the development of the party, resigned his position to allow the tenet of democracy run without personal interest. Just as he also said the appointment of the former governor of Bauchi State Alhaji Adamu Mua’zu will pump in a new blood in the party structure.

Honorable Muhammed Guto disclosed to our correspondent in Nasarawa on Tuesday, that the people democratic party (PDP) is a household name in the country, so its crisis will not be difficult to manage as it is a family affair.

Muhammed Guto who have declared his intention to salvage Nasarawa local government, said following several consultations with stakeholders, he has finally taken the bull by the horns to aspire for the council number one seat of Nasarawa local government under the platform of the PDP, whose zoning system for an election favors’ his community, Loko. Maintaining that the zoning system is a fair policy that allows the rotation of position in the politics of the party.

As an administration with track records on development, during his administration at the Loko Development Area, he will work for the development of Nasarawa Local Government, ensuring that the roads and drainages which are lacking will be reconstructed.  “the priority will be given to health, education and youth empowerment even though I do not subscribed to making promises but if God wills that I become the Chairman of Nasarawa Local Government, the expectations of the people would have been satisfaction”. The aspirant went on as he thank the PDP elders and the state exco led by chief Honorable Yunana Iliya the state chairman Nasarawa State PDP chapter, urging party faithful to resist the temptation to decamping to other political parties as   the PDP remains a people oriented party  with its mandate to bring development to the entire country.
